A2 is single rider use.
You can pair A2 plus with A2. The plus will be the master, a2 will be the slave.
Compatible with A1 series. So your A2 plus will still be able to pair with the old A1.
YT got tutorial videos to help with installation. TYPE C mic and speaker cable has polarity. if you plug and no sound or mic not working means you plug the type c in wrong direction. flip the type c and plug in back. PUSH in the type C all the way into the device.
If you feel one speaker louder than the other side, means the speaker placement inside your helmet is not directly facing your ears. readjust the speaker until its facing your ears. If both speakers not loud means both speaker placement is not facing directly to your ears. you can take the speakers and place it directly at your ears before you install to know what you are suppose to hear after you install the speakers at the correct position.
