backwards compatible with A1/ A2 series. So your A2s/ A2 pro will still be able to pair intercom with the old A1.
Music sharing function is only avail if both devices are A2 PRO.
TYPE C mic and speaker cable can only be plugged in 1 direction. if you plug and no sound or mic not working means you plug the type c in wrong direction. flip the type c and plug in back. PUSH in the type C all the way into the device.
if you feel one speaker louder than the other side, means the speaker placement inside your helmet is not directly facing your ears. readjust the speaker until its facing your ears. If both speakers not loud means both speaker placement is not facing directly to your ears. you can take the speakers and place it directly at your ears before you install to know what you are suppose to hear after you install the speakers at the correct position.

A2 PRO:
-1 Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects for device.
– Please bring the receipt and module to our shop if there is issues with the unit.
– If problem happens within 7 days of purchase, it will be classified as manufacturing defect. We will do 1 to 1 exchange without fees after unit is certified defect by our technical team.
– If problem happens within the year, after the first 7 days, a fee of $25 applies for 1 to 1 unit exchange.
– If problem happens after 1 year, warranty does not apply.
A2s:
-7 Days covering manufacturing defects for device.
– Please bring the receipt and module to our shop if there is issues with the unit.
