1. Eligibility: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Product Descriptions: While we strive to provide accurate and reliable product descriptions, images, free gifts, and prices, we do not warrant that all content on our website is error-free or completely accurate. In the event that a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

3. Delivery: We offer deliveries within Singapore, except for restricted areas. Deliveries will be made to the address in Singapore provided during the order process. While we strive to deliver within 2 to 5 working days of accepting your order, please note that the time of delivery is not guaranteed. We will not be held liable for delivery failures due to causes beyond our control. At our discretion, we may use third-party delivery contractors for order fulfillment.

   a) Standard Delivery: The standard delivery period is within 2 to 5 working days. In the event that no one is available to receive the goods at the specified date and time of delivery, a rescheduling fee of $10 will be charged.

   b) Express Delivery: The express delivery period is within 24 hours. We will engage a third-party delivery contractor for express deliveries. Any delivery costs quoted by the third-party delivery contractor will be borne by the buyer.

4. Inspection of Items: For items that include installation or customization services, it is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the item’s condition before accepting it.

5. Intellectual Property: All content, including text, images, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website, is the intellectual property of Little Bike Motor or its respective owners. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability: Little Bike Motor shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
